AI Powered 5F Fashion Innovation Challenge – Apr-Jun 2025

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 12 years and above.
• Participants may be students, designers, artists, technologists, entrepreneurs, or professionals from any field related to textiles.
• Entries may be submitted individually or in teams (up to 4 members).
• Participants must be residents of India. (Optional: Open to global participants with Indian heritage or a keen interest in Bhartiya Vastrasanskriti Past-Present-Future.)
• Past winners are welcome to participate in future seasons but must submit entirely new concepts or designs.

2. Theme & Scope

• Submissions must align with the theme: “Textile: Ethical AI, Sustainability, Bhartiya Vastrasanskriti Past-Present-Future.”
• Projects should celebrate Indian textile culture, encourage sustainable practices, and promote the ethical use of AI in design and development.

3. Registration

• Registration is mandatory and must be completed before the deadline.
• (Optional: A nominal registration fee may apply from season 2 onwards)
• Participants must register at the official website: www.aipowered5f.com
• The registered email ID must be used for submission of artwork, creatives, blogs etc. and further communication.

4. Submission Guidelines

• All entries must be original and created by the participant(s).
• Accepted formats:
• Sketches, digital artworks, AI-generated fashion concepts, textile prototypes, or explainer videos.
• Participants must clearly cite any AI tools used (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, MP4, or .zip (for multiple files).
• Submission Deadline: June 28, 2025

5. Evaluation Criteria

Entries will be judged based on:

• Creativity and originality
• Alignment with Indian textile heritage and futuristic vision
• Ethical and innovative use of AI
• Sustainability and future readiness
• Technical skill and innovation
• Visual appeal and storytelling

6. Judging Panel

The judging panel will consist of:

• Fashion industry experts
• Textile professionals
• AI & tech innovators
• Cultural and ethical advisors

7. Winner Selection & Prizes

• Multiple winners may be selected based on category and quality.
• Prizes may include:
• Certificates of Recognition
• (Optional: Cash prizes)
• Features on official website/blog
• Mentorship & potential funding
• Spotlight at Season 1 exhibition or event

8. Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to maintain integrity, respect, and fairness.
• Plagiarized content or uncredited AI-generated works will be disqualified.
• Entries that are offensive, discriminatory, or culturally insensitive will not be accepted.

9. Intellectual Property

• Participants retain ownership of their work.
• AI Powered 5F reserves the right to showcase submissions (with full credit) on its website, blog, social media, exhibitions, and publications.
• Winners may be required to sign an IP agreement for extended collaboration or mentorship opportunities.

11. Disqualification Clause

Participants may be disqualified for:

• Late submissions

• False registration details or incomplete submissions
